Zucchini Waffles

- Ingredients:
- • 1 1/2cup grated zucchini with skin (about 3 zucchinis)
- • 1 egg
- • 1/3 cup milk of your choice
- • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- • 1/4 teaspoon salt
- • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
- Preheat Kalorik Belgium Waffle Maker.
- Squeeze out the extra water from the grated zucchini.
- In a large bowl combine the flour, egg, milk, grated parmesan and salt until it forms a batter.
- Stir in the grated zucchini.
- Brush coconut oil on the Kalorik Belgium Waffle Maker.
- Spoon the batter into the Kalorik Belgium Waffle Maker and bake for 3-5 minutes or until the outside is crispy.
- Serve hot topped with almond butter, blueberries, and raspberries.
