PERFECT CREPES
Serves 1
  • Ingredients:
  • • 2 cups whole milk
  • • 4 large eggs
  • • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your Kalorik Personal Sport Blender and mix until the batter is smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Heat your Kalorik 2-in-1 Pancake & Crepe Maker to medium heat. Spray the flat side of the griddle on your Kalorik 2-in-1 Pancake & Crepe maker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter on to the griddle and use the wooden batter spreader to form a thin crepe. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned, then carefully flip the crepe over and cook for 1 minute more. Repeat using the remaining batter.
  3. Serve the crepes with your favorite toppings; fresh fruit, jam, chocolate or caramel sauce, whipped cream and dulce de leche are a few of our favorites.
