AIR FRYER HONEY & SOY GLAZED SALMON
Serves 1
  • Ingredients:
  • • 4 tablespoons honey, warmed
  • • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • • 2 tablespoons Mirin (or rice wine vinegar)
  • • 2 (6-ounce) salmon filets, skin on

Instructions:

  1. Combine the honey, soy sauce and Mirin in a resalable plastic bag. Shake to blend. Add the salmon filets and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour and up to 4 hours.
  2. Remove the salmon from the marinade and pour the marinade into a small saucepot. Bring the marinade to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
  3. Spray the basket of your air fryer with olive oil spray and place the salmon filets skin side down in the air fryer. Air fry at 360ºF for 5 minutes, then baste the salmon with the marinade. Air fry for 5 minutes more or until the salmon is just cooked through, depending on the thickness of the fish.
  4. Serve the salmon with extra glaze.
