AIR FRYER GINGER+SOY GLAZED CHICKEN
Serves 1
  • Ingredients:
  • • 2 garlic cloves
  • • One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • • Freshly ground pepper
  • • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Instructions:

  1. Combine the garlic cloves, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar and olive oil in your Kalorik Sport Blender. Blend until well combined. Pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag and add the chicken thighs. Marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. To cook, remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and pat dry. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in your Kalorik Air Fryer and air fry at 390ºF for 7 minutes. Turn the chicken thighs over and air fry at 390ºF for 7 minutes more.
  3. If desired, pour the marinade into a small pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook for 3 minutes or until reduced to a thick glaze. Brush the chicken with the glaze before serving.
