CINNAMON APPLE SLIVERS
Serves 1
  • Ingredients:
  • • 2 whole apples (preferably red)
  • • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • • 2 tsp. sugar substitute
  • For more moist results, also add:
  • • 1 tsp. melted coconut oil
  • • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Finely slice apples and remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar substitute and ground cinnamon, mix together.
  3. Add dry mix to apples and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place a thin layer of seasoned apples into the air fryer.
  5. Cook at 170 degrees for 20 minutes then turn over and repeat. Add more time for more crispy results.
