8-MINUTE PRESSURE COOKER PARMESAN RISOTTO
Serves 1
  • Ingredients:
  • • 4 ounces Boursin or herbed cream cheese
  • • 20 whole dried dates
  • • 7 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
  • • Toothpicks or small skewers

Instructions:

  1. Cut a slit in each date and remove the pit. Open each date and stuff with 1 full teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center. Pinch the dates closed and wrap a piece of bacon around the date, overlapping the ends of the bacon and securing with a toothpick or small skewer. Arrange the dates, in the basket of your Air Fryer, leaving space in between each stuffed date.
  2. Air fry the dates at 380ºF for 8 minutes. Serve warm.
