Serves 1
  • Ingredients:
  • • 8 strips bacon
  • • 1 tube (12.4 ounces) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • • 2 tablespoons milk
  • • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • • Pinch of salt

  1. Place the bacon in in the basket of your air fryer and cook at 350ºF for 8 minutes or until just cooked through but still pliable.
  2. Separate the cinnamon roll dough into individual rolls. Unroll each spiral and place one bacon strip on each strip of dough, then reroll, forming a spiral. Pinch the end to seal and repeat with the remaining dough and bacon. Transfer the rolls to the air fryer basket and cook at 350ºF for 7 minutes. Turn the rolls over and cook for 3 minutes more.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, cream cheese, milk, cinnamon and salt until smooth.
  4. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the air fryer and set them upright on a serving plate. Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve.
