I have been using a manual pepper mill and found that when seasoning meats and fish on a hot grill my hands would bake as well.
This Kalorik mill is so nice to work with. Just tilt the pepper mill upside down and out comes your flakes or fine powder. The only two cons are the size and volume.
The size is about 10 inches tall, so its two inches taller than my previous pepper mill.
Volume you can only store enough pepper corns that is as deep as the sight glass or refill window. (Posted on 1/3/19)

Pro: Beautifully designed stainless steel shaker/grinders for your tabletop; holds plenty of salt and pepper.
Con: terrible instruction manual. Not specific on how to open the battery compartment could lead to damaging the units. Have to visit the web site to see how it opens to install the batteries. Bottom could have grips to hold on to while attempting to turn the battery cover counterclockwise, making it easier to remove.
Advice: revise manual adding photos of changing batteries.

I was unsure about these, but after loading them up with pink Himalayan salt and melange pepper, they are my go-to grinders. Having ceramic grinders, I expect them to work efficiently and last a long time, as opposed to the steel grinders made in France. And with 4 AA batteries in each, they are stable and sturdy.
Highly recommended and just ordered another pair as a Christmas gift.. (Posted on 12/10/18)
