Preheat Kalorik Belgian Waffle Maker
Squeeze out the extra water from the grated zucchini
In a large bowl combine the flour, egg, milk, grated Parmesan and salt until it forms a batter. Stir in the grated zucchini
Brush coconut oil on the Kalorik Belgian Waffle Maker, then spoon in the batter and bake for 3-5 minutes or until the outside is crispy. Serve hot
