TUNA STEAK
Ingredients
4 tuna steaks, 2” thick
Sea salt & freshly-cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to 1500°F.
2. Season tuna steaks with salt & pepper. Place tuna steaks one at a time on the grate positioned closest to the top of the grill. Sear for 30 seconds. If necessary, repeat until desired degree of browning is achieved.
