Ingredients
- ½ chicken, cleaned and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 sweet Vidalia onion, quartered
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Rub chicken with olive oil, followed by the Old Bay seasoning.
Place onion and lemon into the air frying basket with trivet. Rest ½ chicken on top of onion and lemon pieces making sure that it fits in the basket without touching the heating element.
Select AIR FRY and cook at 400°F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
Carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer. Check the internal temperature with a probe thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat. Chicken should be at least 165°F.
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
