Yes my unit on grill only goes up to 500 NOT 1500. Also I would like cooking times for rare, med rare, mefium, medium well, and well on all the meat or temp for each with meat thermometer. Thank you. So I guess we need to use our own judgement using 500 degrees on the grill button for steaks.
I’m sure that’s a typo! When I set it for steaks it went to a 500• setting
They are correct this grill goes up to 1550°F degrees. There is no typo here.
I am not sure if it is a typo. Commercial ovens can reach 1600 F but not this little oven. I would like to see how a steak will look after 60 seconds in 500 F.
There are a LOT of typos in the written materials of this product….If you can’t be bothered to proofread, how concerned are you with the quality control of the product itself? It would also reflect better on you if you take the time to correct the errors pointed out to you ON your web site….CUSTOMER SERVICE!
