Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Canola oil spray
- Powdered sugar
2 oven-safe ceramic ramekins (4-inch)

Directions
Place Nutella, eggs, and cocoa powder in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Spray inside of oven-safe ramekins with canola oil spray.
Divide batter between the two ramekins (ceramic ramekins are ideal for baking because they can be used in an oven) Place on trivet. Select the AIR FRY function and cook at 350°F for 8 minutes.
Carefully remove cakes from air fryer.
Using a knife, run the blade around the cake’s edges to ensure the cake has separated from the ramekin's edge.
Flip the cake onto a plate, and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Chef’s Tips:
Let the chocolate cakes rest for at least 5 minutes, to allow the ‘lava’ center to cool before flipping onto a plate. Serve with your favorite fruit or ice cream for a tasty combo!
