Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons coconut oil
½ cup craisins
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions
In a large bowl mix together coconut flakes, rolled oats, cinnamon, cloves, salt, dark brown sugar, honey, and coconut oil. Set aside
Preheat your Kalorik MAXX 16 Qt. Digital Air Fryer Oven, Stainless Steel to 300F for 90 minutes.
Once preheat has completed add 1 cup cashew nuts to the tray of the air fryer and begin lightly toasting. Toast for 10 minutes, mixing halfway through.
Lightly crush cashews to break into pieces, using the base of a heavy bottomed saucepan.
Mix cashews into the oat mix and return to the tray of the air fryer. Air Fry on 300F for 45-60 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes until granola is toasty and golden.
Add craisins and mix lightly. Allow to cool completely before incorporating chocolate chips.
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
