Quick and Easy Corn Ribs Recipe in the Air Fryer

Corn Ribs in the Kalorik MAXX Touch Air Fryer OvenThis summer, TikTok introduced us to the viral food trend, corn ribs, and it's here to stay. This plant-based, gluten-free alternative to pork ribs is one of this BBQ season's last holdouts—enjoy them while you can. Fresh summer corn is cut into quarters and seasoned with a dry rub of paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne, white pepper, salt and oil. Evenly coat the corn with spices and oil and air fry in the Kalorik MAXX Touch 16 Quart Air Fryer Oven. The best part? You'll be eating these corn ribs in no time!

Ingredients
4 ears of corn, huss and silk removed
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup canola oil
1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions
1. Using a sharp knife and a steady hand, very carefully cut the corn length wise in half, and in half again, dividing the corn into four long quarters.
2. In the bottom of a large bowl mix together paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne, white pepper, salt and oil. Add corn quarters and toss to mix. Continue mixing until all the corn is evenly coated with spices and oil.
3. Lay the corn quarters in the air frying basket in a single layer on their side, making sure they are not touching. Insert onto the fast air fry position and cook on the "Corn" setting at 440 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Serve corn ribs hot with a wedge of lime and enjoy!

4 servings
20 minutes

Chef’s Tip:
If desired, brush your corn ribs with ¼ cup of your favorite barbecue sauce and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
