ITALIAN GARLIC KNOTS

Do you bake bread in your Air Fryer? I do! No need to preheat the oven and warm up the house…Make these tender and garlicky knots, just like your favorite pizzeria, in under 10 minutes. Crusty on the outside and light and tender within, they’re perfect served alongside an Italian salad, with soup or for pasta night.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon freshly chopped oregano
1 teaspoon freshly chopped basil
1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley
1-pound store-bought or homemade pizza dough
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Instructions

1. Combine the melted butter, olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs in a mixing bowl. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.

2. On a floured work surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12-long rectangle, about 1/4-inch in thickness.

3. Cut 1/2-inch strips and tie each strip into a knot. Toss the knots in the butter mixture and top each knot with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

4. Air fry at 380ºF for 8 minutes. Serve warm, with red sauce for dipping.
