2-ingredient wonders are delicious dipped in or drizzled with dark chocolate. Amazingly simple and scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 2 (14-ounce) bags coconut flakes
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tsp of vanilla extract

Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine the coconut, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Using a small cookie scoop (size #60) or 2 teaspoons of the coconut mixture rolled into a ball, portion the mixture and place the balls of coconut in your MAXX Oven about 1-inch apart. Mixture will yield roughly 24 macaroons. Bake in batches at 310ºF for 15 minutes.
Let cool, then dip in melted chocolate. Store at room temperature.
